We serve single family homes and townhomes with accessible, individual curbside mailboxes. Apartment complexes, mailbox clusters, and buildings requiring elevator access are not eligible.
Up to 4 cans or bags are included in your weekly curbside pickup and return. Additional cans or bags are $2 each, per service. Bags must be less than 30 lbs, cans without wheel less than 50 lbs, and wheeled cans less than 75 lbs.
Yes, as long as the path is even, paved or level, and safe—no gravel, dirt, or major obstacles.
Service includes moving items over even, paved, or level surfaces only. For trash can valet service, we can handle no more than 2 steps; for door-to-curb bag service, up to 10 steps. Steep or unsafe surfaces may require a custom quote.
No. All trash bags must be securely tied, intact, and weigh 30 lbs or less. We cannot move bags that are ripped, leaking, or not properly sealed. Please ensure all bags are in good condition.
What about cans with or without wheels?
Wheeled cans are preferred, but standard cans are accepted if they’re in good condition (handles and lids working, no major cracks) and under 50 lbs. Damaged or broken cans may require replacement or special handling.
This add-on is also only available with weekly valet service. For $5/week, we’ll collect up to 4 bags or cans from your door (within surface, weight and step limits) and take them to the curb during your scheduled pickup. Additional items are $2 each.

Trash can cleaning is $30 for the first 2 cans and $5 for each additional. Requires an accessible outdoor water spigot.
We operate in most weather conditions. Severe storms or unsafe conditions may require rescheduling for safety.

No. For safety and operational reasons, we do not access any locked gates, fenced yards, or garages. Please ensure bins, bags, or mail are in accessible, unlocked areas before your scheduled service. If our team cannot safely and easily access your items without unlocking or entering restricted spaces, service will not be performed that day.
